Refund policy

At Theia Holistic Co. we ensure that every order is inspected and packed correctly before reaching you. Your satisfaction is our priority — should you have any concerns with your purchase, we are available to assist you. If you have any questions about your order, write to us at theiaholistic.co@gmail.com and our team will evaluate your exchange request within 1 to 5 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

  • All return or exchange requests must be made within 10 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
  • The item and its packaging must be in original condition, not used, opened, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Approved returns do not generate a cash refund. Instead, the customer will receive store credit, sent by email as a gift card redeemable on their next order.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the cause is an error or defect attributable to Theia Holistic Co.
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer. The cost of that return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If not covered, the item will not be returned.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For sanitary, hygiene, or product nature reasons, the following items are excluded from our return policy:

  • Earrings
  • Opened teas
  • Incense, smudge sticks, and charcoal that have been burned, partially burned, or with broken packaging
  • Opened essential oils and aromatherapy products
  • Candles that have been used, lit, or damaged by the customer
  • Opened and used self-care products
  • Any product with broken packaging

Products Damaged Upon Delivery

We inspect and pack each order carefully before shipping. However, we understand that unforeseen events can occur.

If the product arrived damaged due to a packaging error on our part, write to us at theiaholistic.co@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Description of the damage
  3. Clear photographs of the product and the packaging as you received it

We will evaluate each case individually. If it is determined that the damage was Theia's responsibility, we will replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.

If the damage occurred during transit by the carrier: Theia is not responsible for damages caused during the shipping process once the package has left our facilities in optimal condition. We recommend documenting the state of the packaging upon receipt.

If the damage was caused by customer negligence (misuse, drop, contact with chemicals, water, fire, etc.): no exchange or store credit applies.

Jewelry Warranty — Manufacturing Defect

We stand behind the quality of every piece that leaves Theia. All our pieces come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase or postal delivery.

To validate the warranty, the customer must present their order number or purchase receipt as proof. Without this requirement, the request cannot be processed.

This warranty covers:

  • Defective clasps or closures
  • Any defect attributable to the manufacturing process or an error on our part (subject to evaluation by our team)

This warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • Misuse or negligence by the customer
  • Contact with water, perfume, lotions, chlorine, or other chemicals
  • Damage from drops, impact, or improper handling
  • Natural wear from prolonged use
  • Modifications made by third parties unrelated to Theia

To activate the warranty, write to us at theiaholistic.co@gmail.com with your order number (or photo of your purchase receipt) and photographs of the piece. We will evaluate the case and, if applicable, repair or replace the piece accordingly; the customer is responsible for shipping costs.


Theia Holistic Co. reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The policies in effect apply from the date of purchase.
