SHIPPING POLICY Theia Holistic Co.
At Theia Holistic Co. each order is prepared with care before shipping out to you. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 2 to 5 business days. This time does not include carrier transit — it is the time we take to inspect, pack, and dispatch your order properly.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on USPS volume, peak seasons, or situations outside our control.

These times begin from the dispatch date, not from the purchase date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Delivery Addresses
— We accept shipments to residential, commercial, and PO Box addresses. — The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at the time of placing the order. — If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the cost of re-shipment is the customer's responsibility. — Theia Holistic Co. is not responsible for packages not delivered due to incorrect information.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly at usps.com.
If after 48 hours of receiving your tracking number there is no movement registered, write to us at theiaholistic.co@gmail.com and we will help you verify the status of your shipment.
Damage During Transit
We pack each order with appropriate materials to protect the contents during transit. However, once the package is handed off to USPS, its handling is outside our direct control.
If your package arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging: — Document the state of the packaging with photographs before opening it. — Open the package on camera or document the process. — Report to us within 48 hours of delivery at theiaholistic.co@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the product. — We will evaluate the case and guide you through the USPS claim process.
If the packaging arrived in perfect condition but the product shows internal damage, write to us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the product and the packaging. We will evaluate the case individually.
Theia Holistic Co. is not responsible for damages occurring during transit when the packaging was delivered to the carrier in optimal conditions and the customer did not document the state of the package upon receipt.
Lost Orders
If your tracking indicates delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors or people in your household.
- Contact your local USPS office.
- If after 3 business days it does not appear, write to us at theiaholistic.co@gmail.com — we will help you manage the claim with USPS.
Theia Holistic Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS. However, we will do everything possible to guide you through the claim process.
International Shipping
Currently Theia Holistic Co. operates shipments within Puerto Rico and the United States. For inquiries about international shipping, write to us at theiaholistic.co@gmail.com and we will evaluate your request.
Delays and Situations Outside Our Control
Theia Holistic Co. is not responsible for delays caused by high USPS volume, weather conditions, holidays, emergency situations, or other circumstances outside our control. During peak seasons such as Christmas and Valentine's Day, we recommend placing your order in advance.
