By accessing our online store, purchasing products at our events, pop-ups, or physical store, or making purchases through social media or direct messages, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Theia Holistic Co. is a holistic wellness brand based in Puerto Rico, dedicated to the sale of crystals, handcrafted jewelry, incense, aromatherapy, and self-care products (such as but not limited to massage candles, personal care items, etc.). We operate through multiple channels: online store (Shopify), physical store, events and pop-ups, and digital channels such as Instagram.

• All prices are expressed in United States dollars (USD). Applicable taxes under Puerto Rico law (IVU) will be calculated at checkout.
• Theia Holistic Co. reserves the right to modify prices at any time and without prior notice. The price in effect at the moment of completing the purchase is the one that applies.
• Payment must be completed in full before any order is processed and prepared.
• For purchases made through social media or direct messages, payment must be completed according to the instructions provided before the item is reserved or dispatched.

Theia Holistic Co. will issue a receipt or purchase confirmation for every transaction made, either in digital or physical format depending on the sales channel.

The customer must keep their receipt or order number, as it is required to manage any return, exchange, or warranty claim.

By completing a purchase through our online store, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee item availability until payment is successfully processed.

Theia Holistic Co. reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

• The item is out of stock or unavailable at the time of processing the order.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud or improper use of payment methods.
• The shipping information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
• Theia Holistic Co. reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch in exceptional cases duly justified, notifying the customer immediately and processing a full refund of the amount paid.

We process each order within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on USPS volume, peak seasons, or situations outside our control.

• Shipments are made through USPS. Once the order is dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number by email.
• We offer free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more. Orders below that amount calculate shipping cost automatically based on weight at checkout.
• The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Theia Holistic Co. is not responsible for packages not delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Theia Holistic Co. is not responsible for delays or losses occurring during transit once the package has been delivered to USPS in optimal conditions.

All return, exchange, or warranty requests are governed by our Returns and Exchanges Policy, available in our online store. By making a purchase, the customer accepts said policy in its entirety.

STORE CREDIT: Approved returns do not generate a cash refund. Instead, the customer will receive store credit available to use on any future purchase through our official channels.

Purchases made at in-person events, pop-ups, or fairs are subject to these same Terms and Conditions, with the following considerations:

• All return or exchange requests following an event must be made by email within the timeframe established in our Returns Policy. No exchanges or returns are processed on the spot during the event.
• The customer is responsible for inspecting the items at the time of purchase, before leaving the point of sale.
• A digital or physical purchase receipt will be issued for every transaction. This proof is essential for any subsequent claim.
• Items purchased at special event pricing or on clearance may be subject to different conditions, which will be communicated at the time of sale.

Purchases made through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or other digital platforms are subject to the same Terms and Conditions that apply to our online store, without exception.

• Payment must be completed according to the instructions provided in order for the sale to be considered valid and the item reserved in the customer's name.
• Theia Holistic Co. does not guarantee the availability of an item until payment is received and confirmed.
• All communication related to the purchase — confirmations, claims, returns, or warranties — must be formally channeled to theiaholistic.co@gmail.com

All content associated with Theia Holistic Co. — brand name, logo, photographs, texts, designs, visual identity, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of Theia Holistic Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any element of our brand without prior written authorization.
• Unauthorized use of our visual identity or content may result in legal action.

Theia Holistic Co. is not responsible for situations outside its direct control, including delays or damages caused by third parties such as carriers or payment platforms. In cases where responsibility falls directly on Theia, our commitment is to resolve each situation fairly and as quickly as possible.

By interacting with Theia Holistic Co. through any channel, the customer agrees to:

• Provide truthful and complete information when making a purchase or requesting a service.
• Not perform fraudulent chargebacks or unfounded claims with banking entities or payment platforms.
• Not use our store, social media, or communication channels for illegal or bad-faith activities.

Theia Holistic Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication in our official channels.

Continued use of our store or services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the federal laws of the United States of America that are applicable.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the parties will be submitted to the competent courts of Puerto Rico, with the customer waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond by reason of their domicile or residence.
